White people would like you to also have the courage to get an education, a productive, non-criminal job, and not be a loud nuisance in every public setting.

To be fair, a lot of white people wish that about other white people. I guess it would be fair to say educated, law abiding, contributors to society would like you to have the courage to do those things. But you mentioned race.
